LCM

With a wide range of standard and customized LCD modules, SWI provides customers the solutions and technologies best suited for the applications. Our products have been applied in a wide range of industries including financial devices, energy meter equipment, check-in machines, fiscal processors, portable devices, intelligent home solutions, medical facilities and industrial equipment. With years of experience on TN, HTN, STN, FSTN, DFSTN, LCD and LCD modules, SWI has strong manufacturing capacity and R&D capability to fulfill customized requirements.
SWI’s character LCD are available from 8x2 to 40x4 formats with 5x8 dot matrix characters. The LCD panels are with polarizer positive mode and negative mode options. There are different LED backlights available in various colors including yellow/green, white, red, blue, green, amber, and RGB LEDs as well as no backlight option.
SWI's graphic LCD are available in dot matrix format of graphic resolution including 122x32 to 320x240. The sizes are including 0.4” through 5” displays. SWI LCD modules are including different options of polarizer in reflective, transmissive or transflective types. The LED backlights are available in various colors including yellow/green, white, blue, red, amber and RGB. In order to meet the demands of customer applications, these character LCD displays are available with viewing angles of 6:00, 12:00, 3:00, and 9:00 o'clock.
SWI COG LCD modules provides graphic type in resolution of 128x64 to 320x240 and COG LCD character types including size of 16x2 to 24x2 formats with 5x8 dot matrix. The COG package offers high quality with the benefits of light weight, and low power consumption. Also, it is available to add a connection board for each item to change the interface from FPC to pins or cables. We can offer a variety of pin out connections to suit your requirements.
The custom LCD modules SWI provide are available in different options on backlight type, pin and connector, cable, touch panel, heater or even customized PCB.

TFT LCD

‌KOREANIUM offers a wide product range of small to medium sizes TFT display modules in sizes ranging from 0.96” through 10.1”, no matter it is by engineering a custom display module, or by implementing a standard display from our wide selection of technologies, including being integrated with touch sensors and/or cover lenses. These TFT LCD modules are including options of TFT panel, TFT LCM with controller board, industry standard mono TFT LCM, TFT color display, IPS display and wide operating temperatures of -20°C to +70°C or -30°C to +80°C. The interface options are MCU / RGB / SPI / UART / 8080 / LVDS.
We also offer customization of backlight or/and FPC. Our products have been applied in a wide range of industries including E-cigarettes, wearable deivices, energy meter equipment, fiscal processors, portable devices, intelligent home solutions, medical facilities and industrial control. With our automatic direct bonding process, we can also integrate these displays with customized capacitive touch panels and/or cover lens using lamination of OCA, SCA or OCR.

‌‌The OLED products ‌KOREANIUM supplies are including Transparent OLED, Flexible OLED, Monochorme OLED, Chracter OLED, Segment OLED, Area Color OLED, Full Color OLED and Custom designed OLEDs etc. The sizes range from 0.42” to 5.5”. With the advantages of the OLED, the OLED products we supply are applied in the industries of Consumer, Medical, PC Peripheral, Automotive, Communication and Industrial.

EPD

KOREANIUM offers EPD (electronic paper display) in varies of size and shape with easy readability and low power consumption. EPD has a contrast ratio similar to paperback pringtings, and easy readability under direct sunlight because of its reflective displaying, and low power consumption because of its bi-stability (power is only drawn when the display is updated). With the integration of our optical bonding solutions, ‌KOREANIUM also provide the customers laminated display assemblies with touch sensor, cover glass and front light etc.

KOREANIUM provides optical bonding of touch panel products, displays, glass cover plates or any types of customer supplied display materials in various sizes from 0.4” up to 110″. This provides customers with the flexibility to optically bond a wide variety of display applications. We work with a wide variety of glass, acrylic polycarbonate, and film types to achieve optimal results.

‌2 workshops, one located in south China and one located in central China are state-of-the-art facilities with up-to-date equipment and a lean production line layout that contributes to the overall efficiency of operations and quality control.

‌Designated Class 100 & Class 1000 Clean Rooms

‌The clean rooms are built as class 1000 for our overall production areas with specific areas having a designated class 100, so the products are efficiently separated from particle pollutants.

‌Re-workable Bonding Technology and Process

‌Should the product become damaged in the field, our bonding process is re-workable. A damaged cover can be separated and replaced efficiently in our bonding facility.

‌Particle, Humidity & Temperature Control Management

‌Regular measuring and monitoring of particles, humidity and temperature, and nonconformity correction and treatment process ensure we maintain our specified conditions for production.

‌ESD Control Management

‌We have a regular measuring and monitoring of ESD on facilities, fixtures, trays, packaging and operations. Our nonconformity correction and treatment procedures make sure ESD is under control.
